The rooms were initially clean but cleanliness was an issue afterward. The dining experience offered a good variety of cheeses. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel rooms are clean and nice but can be noisy due to neighboring guests. The reception staff, particularly a tall, slim person with black hair, was not very welcoming during our stay. The location is decent, close to Istiklal street and Taksim Square, making it convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience offers good variety but some dishes could be better maintained. Hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is a mix of friendly and uncooperative interactions from staff members.
