The hotel has a convenient location in Old Istanbul, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The service was welcoming and knowledgeable, but there were language barriers. The rooms were initially clean but cleanliness was an issue afterward. The dining experience offered a good variety of cheeses. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms are clean and nice but can be noisy due to neighboring guests. The reception staff, particularly a tall, slim person with black hair, was not very welcoming during our stay. The location is decent, close to Istiklal street and Taksim Square, making it convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience offers good variety but some dishes could be better maintained. Hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is a mix of friendly and uncooperative interactions from staff members.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to Taksim Square and with easy access to many attractions, but the room experience was less than ideal due to noisy neighbors and unhelpful staff at the reception. Despite some shortcomings, the proximity to key spots made the stay convenient.
The hotel offers super clean and modern rooms with great space, but there are issues with smoking smell and noisy neighbors disturbing the peaceful sleep. The service, especially from Aisha Nur and Rakan, is very cooperative and helpful, although some staff members can be loud. The location is excellent and wheelchair-friendly, near vital areas and transports for tourists, although cleanliness could be improved. The dining experience is generally good with a variety of local products, but there are limitations in the menu. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
